Refund policy

Returns
I have a 14 day return policy, so you have 14 days after your item arrives to ask for a return.

To be eligible, your item needs to be in the same condition you got it in and in its original packaging!

To start a return, email me at hello@veryhammy.com. If it's accepted, I'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please don't send anything back before checking with me first, since I can't accept items that come in without a return request.

Order cancellations
You have 24 hours after placing your order to cancel. 

Damages and issues
When your order arrives, please take a quick look at it. If something is defective, damaged, or just not what you ordered, reach out right away and I'll make it right.

Items I can't take back
Sale items and gift cards can't be returned either, sorry about that.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to send back the item you have. Once I accept your return, you can place a new order for the one you'd like instead.

EU customers: 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, no explanation needed. Your item still needs to be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return arrives, I'll take a look and let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, the money will go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. 

If it's been more than 15 business days since I approved your return and you haven't seen your refund, email me at hello@veryhammy.com and I'll look into it.
